The tile mixer is used to manufacture tiles by pouring the slump concrete into rubber moulds. The concrete mixer is condensed using vibro forming tables. Then, these moulds with wet concrete are kept over flat plate to gain initial strengthning. These wet tiles are then exposed to the controlled atmosphere for providing hardness to these products. After that, polyurethane or varnish coating is applied in order to provide wear resistance and beauty to the tiles. The rubber mould can be used for more than 300-500 times after washing if handled properly.
