tiles are made by pouring the high slump concrete into the rubber moulds
and condensed in vibro forming tables. After the vibrating process the
moulds with the wet concrete atr kept over a flat plate for one day
for initial strengthening. The wet tiles are then stripped out from
the rubber moulds and kept in controlled atmosphere for 2-3 days for
making the tiles strong and hard. Wear ressistence and beauty are achieved
by applying polyurethane or varnish coating during the last processing.
By pouring white cement concrete with colouring pigments first in to
the moulds and then regular grey concrete economically with two layers,
attractive and long lasting faces and patterns can also be formed on
your tiles.
For
making the tiles more durable, the high slump face concrete mix to be
mixed in separate exclusive tile mixer. The base concrete mix may be
mixed with regular drum type concrete mixer.
The
rubber moulds if handled properly can be reused 300 - 500 times after
washing.
